- As a full time student and a part time worker, I manage my eating habits according to the weekly ability to cook. Although I would admit my “GO-TO” food will differently be chicken since it extremely fast to whip up a quick plate that contains chicken whereas red meat I found it that it takes up more time and the smell that is left at home is undesirable. With a combination to chicken would be vegetable or rice. All my food are purchased in supermarkets such as associated, Chelsea market as well in Brooklyn where there is an open supermarket where they sell fresh fruits, vegetables for a cheap price.

Ugh, I have the same problem; I'm a full-time student and a part-time worker as well. Except I don't really cook. (I have the ability and skills to cook, but I'm lazy. Plus, why cook if my mother cooks for me? Ha ha). What do you eat snack-wise? See, I have the good fortune that I can eat healthy stuff at work, (I'm a nanny and they encourage me to raid their fridge).
ReplyDeleteIt's great that you get to buy fresh fruits and veggies at an outdoor market.
It's hard right? To juggle feeding yourself and everyday work and school. It's partially why so many of us rely on quick and easy. Something to think about...
